We are seeking Supply Chain Business Process Performance Intern for Summer 2024 who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture. This opportunity will be a 12-week, paid internship beginning June 3, 2024.

Requirements

  • Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical mind with experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Continuously Plan, Do, Check, Act within all tasks over the course of your internship.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business first hand.

  • Create a presentation at the end of your internship to executive leadership regarding what you have learned and what you believe you have contributed to the business.
  • Run business critical daily reports to support multiple Supply Chain teams.
  • Support enhancement log requests for created Tableau Dashboards ensuring the request helps drive business forward.
  • Redesign the collection of Freight Spend Data to support a more frequent refresh schedule.
  • Offer solutions to data problems from the business and suggestions how to interpret data.
  • Assist with the monthly PowerPoint informing leadership on critical KPIs.
  • Engage with business partners on incoming Ad Hoc data request
