Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, data analytics or related fields. Supply chain management certification is preferred
  • Five or more years’ experience in data science, supply chain analytics or related field
  • Experience analyzing business improvement
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skill
  • Project management
  • Must have strong MS Excel, MS Access, MS tool skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data

Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Work across various global time zones.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Will assist with implementation of improved ERP/MRP systems.
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the supply chain, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to forecast demand, inventory levels, and transportation requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged to improve supply chain performance.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
