Requirements

  • Currently a rising senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic, or related engineering field, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Experience or know-how (practical or theoretical, with practical being the plus) with projects that improve performance or stabilize (reduce variation) performance via automation and/or optimizing manual process are necessary. 
  • PowerPoint and presentation skills (updating and de-briefing stakeholders)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Google Big Query and other Google Cloud Products to harvest data
  • Correlate the data with the real world by visiting nearby Distribution Centers (DC’s) and stores
  • Optimize the process by applying your course studies as well as mentoring by business owners
  • Control the new process by creating key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Visualize the results by building dashboards in Power BI
