Requirements

  • Leadership and Project Management skills demonstrated through participation in extra curricular activities or previous work experience.
  • Result oriented with the ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Written/oral communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization including Executives
  • Curiosity about understanding of semiconductor equipment manufacturing supply chain
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance
  • Major in Supply Chain Management, Business or related subjects
  • Good academic standing

Responsibilities

  • Supports Commodity Head (and staff) on Supply chain short term project tracking and completion.
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: Agreement management by staff, claims closure, tracking closure of key projects and deliverables, OKRs, etc.
  • Facilitate the Commodity Operational Lam Management system reviews (LMS)
  • Key reviews to include Operations reviews, IOR, SCR, QXR, etc. as required.
  • Schedule and manage team meetings as needed for group manager.
  • This would include group manager’s, extended staff, other required meetings
  • Directly support operational needs of Commodity head as new issues arise.
  • Supports/Project manages short term operational needs as they arise thru closure (Commodity Head’s discretion)
  • Manage Group Leader escalations and act as SPOC for internal and external stakeholders (SC Biz Ops, Factory support, OF, MFG, etc.)
  • Generates reports on scheduled cadence for Group Leader / Team. These may include but are not limited to:
  • Team spend including segmentation by Commodity, Supplier, others as required / requested
