Requirements

Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree (ideally Logistics) and required to take a placement as part of your course.
You are required to have a valid driving license for this role.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
Before attending an interview for this position you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer and we strongly suggest you check you are eligible for a placement before you apply.
If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your course tutor.

Responsibilities

Focus on Continuous improvement of all processes
Process confirmation / WH lean maturity
Monthly reports - customer lines, scrapping, controlling tool input, weekly transport quota (requires validation from contract managers)
Daily reports - DWR, Carrier daily reports, etc.
Invoice data checks (not invoice approval but data checks for rates)
Log shared coverage
BGN (Bosch Global Net) creation / update
Project assistance / tender implementation
Analysis / Power BI / process improvement support
Retrieving PODs
Stock Take participation
Liaising with BOP, sales managers, trade shows etc
Support for creating and collating the MBR slides (CEVA and Transport)
WH productivity data sharing
BOWAS testing support
Cost analysis support
