Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Previous experience or coursework in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing Support: Research and identify potential suppliers/vendors for various goods and services. Collaborate with the supply chain team to analyze supplier capabilities, pricing, and performance to support strategic decision-making
Inventory Planning and Optimization: · The intern will perform an ABC analysis on our BOM and create a stocking strategy for pilot parts and inventory flow
Provide support for purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders, reviewing requisitions, and coordinating deliveries
Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
Handle administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Process improvements: Develop supplier scorecard template and assess performance for risk mitigation and proactive supplier performance management
