Successfully completed Sophomore year of University, or above
Excellent computer skills and a technical aptitude that includes strong data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
Commitment to a full time (40 hours a week) Summer internship experience in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements from Supply Chain, Logistics and Site Operations to develop supply chain & logistics containment forecasting models and reports
Analyze purchasing-related information including material purchases, receipts, cost, purchase price variance, and supplier performance
Understand how supply chain metrics relate to each other and the overall goals of the business unit.
Evaluate large volume of supply/logistics raw data which is scattered across multiple files and gathers relevant information to assess savings opportunities
Develop reporting packages focused on business needs and that improve supply chain performance.
Develop presentations to support supply chain programs.
Develop and maintain key performance metrics and benchmark reports relating to supply chain performance.
Works with Pressure Management Supply Chain team at all levels of management supporting Supply Chain Systems development, data gathering and analysis
