The main focus is centered around Category Management, including market analysis, strategy, and recommendations for sourcing specific categories of goods and services in the healthcare environment.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates should be pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year, and a bachelor's degree is required.
Are there any particular skills needed for this internship?
Yes, a baseline understanding of category, supply chain and/or inventory management, project management skills, good communication skills (both verbal and written), and data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI are preferred.
Will I be involved in any hands-on projects during the internship?
Yes, you will contribute to a designated project or initiative to meet a Kaiser Permanente business objective.
What will be the work hours for the internship?
The expected work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, full-time at 40 hours per week.
