Requirements

  • Target majors include Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related majors.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and technical competency in Engineering areas.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Able to work for a minimum of 10 weeks over the summer.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Florence, SC.
  • Comfortable working in a factory warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from ERP system using excel and BI tools (OBIEE).
  • Support parts attributes updates.
  • Create reports for parts attributes maintenance.
  • Improve visual management for the warehouse and supermarkets.
  • Manage assigned warehouse/materials related projects.
  • Develop roadmap to complete assigned projects within established timelines.
  • Identify roadblocks and providing solutions to meet project timelines and goals.
  • Regular communication with leadership on progress of assigned projects and any help/resources needed to complete.
  • Support and help generate ideas to implement the development of warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics process technology roadmap.
  • Ability to recognize an issue and utilize problem solving techniques and skills to aid in decision making within scope of role, while consulting with senior leaders and colleagues for guidance when needed.
