Responsibilities

  • Support on challenging material planning to ensure demands from current production and new programs.
  • Maintain accurate MRP data to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and due dates from suppliers, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support onboarding and training of new suppliers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Tesla’s supply chain processes and policies.
  • Deliver material coverage and cost analyses as needed.
  • Provide data-driven decision support to the organization through what-if and scenario planning.
  • System enhancement and implementation to optimally reflect supply chain.
  • Work with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Procurement, NPI, etc.) and external partners (suppliers etc.) to optimize the supply chain and ensure the flow of material.
  • Gather experience of ramping up the material planning process in one of the most advanced high-volume electric vehicle factories in the world.
  • Work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
