What is the duration of the Supply Chain Professional Development Program (PDP) Internship?
The internship lasts 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.
Where will the internship take place?
The internship will take place at one of BASF’s US locations, which may include locations in New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana.
Are applicants required to relocate for the internship?
Yes, applicants must commit to relocate anywhere in the U.S. during the program.
What qualifications are required to apply for the internship?
Applicants should be undergraduate students majoring in Supply Chain or Logistics with a graduation date between May 2026 – July 2027 and should have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Is prior internship or co-op experience preferred for this position?
Yes, previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
What technical skills are beneficial for this internship?
Experience with PowerBI, SAP, Tableau, and advanced Excel proficiency are considered a plus.
Will there be an assessment during the internship?
Yes, all interns will be assessed throughout the summer for potential returning internship offers or full-time offers for the 2-year rotational program.
What type of projects will interns work on during the program?
Interns will contribute to real-world business needs and have the opportunity to present their summer projects to other interns, BASF employees, and senior leaders.
