Responsibilities

  • Suivi des commandes : participation au suivi des commandes en cours et s'assurer qu'elles sont livrées dans les délais prévus
  • Suivi des niveaux d’inventaire en support aux chargés d’approvisionnement, afin d’assurer une gestion optimum de nos stocks.
  • Mise à jour et réalisation de tableaux de bord, analyses et bilan, aussi bien au niveau de l’équipe et de la filiale qu’au niveau du global lorsque requis
  • Participer à l'évaluation de la performance du prestataire de distribution en termes de qualité, coûts, et délais
  • Contribuer à la gestion des relations avec du prestataire de distribution
  • Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser les processus d’approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks.
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue pour rationaliser les opérations.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production et de logistique pour aligner les besoins en approvisionnement.
  • Participer aux réunions d'équipe et prendre des notes.
  • Gérer le retour des produits non conformes ou défectueux en collaboration avec le prestataire de distribution.
