Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading projects in line with sustainability and environmental regulations, such as the Green Deal
  • Providing cost estimations, consolidations, analysis, operational planning, and monitoring for relevant projects and initiatives
  • Managing all aspects of projects, including contracting, documentation, action plans, reporting, and risk and opportunity assessments
  • Implementing sustainability and environmental governance and target cascading in collaboration with stakeholders (Sites, Functions, and Plant Leaders)
  • Ensuring proper execution of risk and opportunity assessments
  • Advocating for safety & sustainability, fostering lasting connections across the Airbus Plant, and inspiring and engaging colleagues
  • Communicating sustainability and environmental achievements internally and across digital platforms
  • Working alongside the Industrial Maintenance EHS Manager on technical, behavioral and cultural improvements
  • Working with Industrial Maintenance teams to implement transnational best practices in various production environments
  • Engaging with experienced safety professionals across Airbus to enhance the safe use of a wide range of industrial equipment
  • Collaborating with local production teams, including Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Safety, to develop and execute project plans aimed at improving safety across the Broughton plant
