Description

  • We’re looking for an exceptional GAP YEAR/STUDENT PLACEMENT - SYSTEM VERIFICATION ENGINEER (on a fixed term contract) to join our Design Evaluation team, based at our offices in Cambridge (Evolution Business Park). You will be reporting to the System Verification Group Lead within in the Technology function.
  • The System Verification Group carries out formal verification activities to ensure new software and hardware releases meet all the system and sub-system requirements to enable regulatory submissions, and releases to the field. The group also conducts design level verification on prototype products to assess the impact on the existing requirements and assist with generating any new requirements and associated protocols that may be required due to new product developments.
  • This role is suited to students interested in a career in engineering who are currently studying either Engineering or a technical subject with a view to enter the engineering profession.
  • You could be in your final year of A Levels (or equivalent) looking for a gap year placement of 12 months or applying for your 1-year industrial placement as part of your university course or going into university to study, or be currently undertaking a degree in, an engineering discipline or other STEM-related subject including physics or mathematics (for example)
  • This role is based on-site at our Cambridge premises.
