Responsibilities

  • 1 – Recrutement
  • Assister la HRBP dans le recrutement de la future promotion de Junior Analystes et stagiaires Audit pour septembre 2025 et janvier 2026 :
  • Tris des candidatures
  • Call de préqualification – le premier filtre du processus de recrutement et organisation des entretiens.
  • Assister aux entretiens RH avec la HRBP.
  • Interagir avec l’équipe de recrutement Audit pour organiser les différents entretiens techniques.
  • Suivis des candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement et feedback auprès des candidats.
  • Préparation des promesses d’embauches et contrats.
  • Participation aux réflexions d’amélioration continue du processus de recrutement.
  • Outil : apprendre à naviguer et utiliser Workday Recrutement.
  • 2 – Onboarding et formation
  • Assister la HRBP dans la préparation du Onboarding en interagissant avec différents départements du bureau.
  • Création et animation d’une communauté pour les futures nouvelles recrues.
  • Participation aux réflexions d’amélioration continues du processus de Onboarding.
  • En lien avec l’équipe Learning France, assister la HRBP dans le déploiement des différents parcours de formation au UK et suivi de leur réalisation.
  • Outils : la connaissance de Powerpoint et Excel est un plus.
  • 3- Développement RH
  • Assister la HRBP dans la préparation des revues annuelles de performance de tous les employés du bureau aux cotes de l’équipe de Managers RH.
  • Assister aux comites carrières puis formalisation.
  • Création de différentes communications RH et contenus RH
  • Participation à l’organisation de différents évènements : Séminaire Managers-Partners…
  • Aide ponctuelle sur des taches RH administratives.
