Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates – Assist in sourcing candidates for various job openings. This involves using online platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to identify potential candidates that match the requirements of the roles being hired for.
  • Screening Resumes: Help screen resumes and applications received for different positions. This intern may review resumes to ensure they meet basic qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills, and then pass qualified candidates along to recruiters or hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Support with Recruiting Projects: Assist with various recruiting projects and initiatives, such as organizing recruiting events, conducting market research on talent trends, creating marketing materials, and helping optimize processes.
  • Administering HR Programs and Processes: May be involved in administering various HR programs and processes, such as performance management, employee training and development, and benefits. This could include tasks such as updating employee records, organizing training sessions, and assisting with benefits enrollment processes.
