Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior working towards an undergraduate degree
  • Previous work experience via an internship, retail/service/campus job, or leadership position in an extracurricular activity
  • Enthusiastic about Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and has high attention to detail
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Able to work in the US for an indefinite period without sponsorship
  • Able to come to the NYC office three days a week (relocation not offered)

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition team with various projects such as applicant review, sourcing, and research
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding
  • Own multiple enhancement projects within Vistar Media’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Learn extensively about the full cycle recruitment process from teammates
  • Support candidate experience by assisting with scheduling phone screens and candidate communication
  • Ad hoc human resources tasks
