  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern who will work closely with and support our Talent Acquisition organization at Cars Commerce. In this role, you will assist with coordinating candidate interviews, sourcing diverse talent, reporting, employment branding, and applicant tracking system tasks. You will also assist our Canada (Montreal, Québec) team with translation and communication needs as it relates to the recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of Talent Acquisition, including Talent Operations, Recruiting, and Employment Branding. Additionally, you will gain exposure to broader Human Resources functions such as Total Rewards, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Management.
  • Our Summer Internship Program at Cars Commerce is designed to help undergraduate students learn professional skills through a combination of mentorship, on the job training, in-person skills training/development days, and team projects.


  • Current rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field at an accredited college or university
  • Intermediate level French - Completed 2 semesters of college level French or have equivalent proficiency
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Show initiative, learn quickly and solve problems
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player
  • Experience creating and/or delivering presentations
  • Experience in customer service/engagement, admissions or related role
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working with G-Suite, Canva and Slack

  • Assist with tasks within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). Help prepare for and support the implementation of our Human Capital Management system by collecting, documenting and sharing system/business requirements in a timely manner
  • Assist in translation of job descriptions and postings from English to French as well as participate in resume review and correspondence with French applicants
  • Prepare Talent Acquisition’s weekly reporting and assist in ad hoc reporting requests as needed
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and monitor the progress of candidate background checks
  • Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by actively sourcing diverse talent for various roles
  • Partner with the Employment Branding team to create social shareables to market open positions
  • Provide support on other recruiting projects and tasks as needed
