Requirements

  • Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University
  • Are working toward a degree program which aligns with their area of interest such as Human Resources Management or Business
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Interest in Ad-Tech and/or Digital Advertising

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on various projects from sourcing to Employer Branding and employee engagement
  • Explore new and creative ways to identify & engage talent
  • Assist with the employee life cycle, including employee welcome procedures, onboarding and engagement
  • Work with our US Talent Partners to help manage the orientation process for new Smartlies
  • Be involved in employee experience initiatives such as employee well-being and diversity and inclusion, and Employee Resource Group Initiatives
  • Assist on ad hoc projects relating to TA and Employer Brand
