  • This opportunity entails providing administrative and tactical support to the Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in the hiring process that contributes to the overall growth and success of HNTB.
  • Areas of concentration and exposure will be scheduling candidate interviews, creating offer letters, initiating and reviewing background checks and assisting the Campus Recruiting Team with special projects as needed.
  • Relocation and housing are NOT provided for this position.


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program

  • Assists management in analyzing various data.
