Responsibilities

  • Finanzstrategie, Organisation und Risikomanagement: Die Abteilung Projekte & Prozesse Finanzen treibt und unterstützt den Finanzbereich bei der Transformation durch Projekte mit Fokus auf fachbereichsübergreifende Optimierung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation. Im Bereich Risikomanagement wird die Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken verantwortet. Des Weiteren trägt der Bereich zur Resilienz der Porsche-Lieferkette bei und entwickelt innovative Strategien zur Mitigation von Versorgungsrisiken.
  • (Produkt-)Controlling: Controlling – mehr als nur driven by numbers. Als Partner of Value lenkt das Controlling den Porsche Konzern proaktiv auf einen wirtschaftlich nachhaltigen Erfolgskurs. Im Produktcontrolling werden die finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekte der Fahrzeugprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg verantwortet: Projektinitiierung, Entwicklungsphase, Produktionsstart und schlussendlich Serienauslauf. Der Bereich überwacht die Kosten und Budgets, erstellt regelmäßige Reports zur finanziellen Situation, analysiert Risiken, um die Projektziele zu sichern und um eine effiziente und rentable Produktentwicklung zu gewährleisten.
  • Investor Relations: Der Bereich Investor Relations verantwortet die erfolgreiche Etablierung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kapitalmarktintermediären sowie bestehenden und potentiellen Eigen- und Fremdkapitalgebern. Relevante Schwerpunkte liegen dabei auf der Kapitalmarktkommunikation, der Berichterstattung und dem Management von kapitalmarktrelevanten Veranstaltungen.
  • Bilanzierung und Rechnungswesen: Die Abteilung Management Finanzsysteme ist verantwortlich für die Betreuung, Optimierung und Neueinführung von Finanzsystemen und -prozessen im Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Steuern sowie für digitale Dienste, Datenmanagement, Compliance und Dokumentenmanagement. Die Fachabteilung Travel Management trägt die Verantwortung für den gesamten Geschäftsreiseprozess sowie die dazugehörigen Systeme, beginnend mit der Reisebuchung bis hin zur Reisekostenabrechnung. Darüber hinaus wird die Integration der Tochtergesellschaften (In- und Ausland), in die Prozesse und Systeme, einschließlich Porsche Travel & Expense, gewährleistet.
  • Corporate Finance und Treasury: Der Bereich verantwortet die Steuerung der Zins-, der Währungs-, der Liquiditäts- und der Kontrahentenrisiken und das damit verbundene Management aller Finanzgeschäfte des Porsche Konzerns. Die beiden wesentlichen Zielsetzungen für den Bereich Corporate Finance und Treasury sind die Steuerung finanzieller Risiken aus dem operativen Grundgeschäft sowie die Liquiditäts- und Ergebnisoptimierung im Rahmen des Managements aller Finanzgeschäfte.
  • M&A und Venture Capital: Die Abteilung M&A und Venture Capital ist für M&A-Projekte innerhalb der Porsche Group verantwortlich. M&A – kurz für Mergers & Acquisitions – sind Transaktionen, bei denen das Eigentum an Unternehmen, Geschäftsorganisationen oder deren Betriebseinheiten übertragen oder mit anderen Unternehmen konsolidiert wird.
