Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning materials that support strategic talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Partners to learn and support key talent processes and program administration.
  • Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team with the implementation of Workday Learning and related projects.
  • Participate in the analysis of data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform reporting and continuous improvement of talent programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and co-develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Provide technical, administrative, and facilitation support for various learning activities, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
  • Contribute to the design of presentations, flyers, and communications for core L&D programs.
  • Support and engage in continuous improvement initiatives that align with Talent Management goals.
