Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ongoing talent management projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement surveys, performance management programs).
  • Assist with sourcing qualified candidates through online platforms, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify promising candidates based on job requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives as assigned.
