  • Other computer skills (there will be opportunities to acquire these skills at the job, however having some or all these skills prior to getting the job is an asset): Outlook, Zoom, Caspur, and UR Courses

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly in-person assignment development sessions
  • Monitor and respond to student emails
  • Mentor students who have experienced difficulty in University, in groups and one-on-one
  • Provide students with feedback, in person and through assignments
  • Provide guidance and advice to students on on-campus and off-campus supports
  • Monitor, record, and report on students’ development and progress
  • Communicate and consult with the Academic Transition Programs Coordinator and Advisors to advise students
  • Admin responsibilities such as updating databases, phoning potential students, and tracking students’ progress
  • Other duties as assigned
