Responsibilities

  • Support Campus Recruiters in partnering with HR and Business Leaders to create and execute a competitive top tier onboarding and development program for our intern and new graduate community
  • Plan and execute recruitment and internship program events to engage tech and games interns (eg. booking conference rooms, creating event marketing, sending materials, etc)
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create the best possible candidate experience
  • Maintain relationships with career centers, students and other university contacts
  • Draft mass communications, design flyers and marketing materials & partner with corporate intern team on weekly newsletter
  • Creating surveys, including but not limited to, intern, mentor and manager evaluations
  • Ad hoc requests from the Campus Recruitment team
