Responsibilities

  • Organizing and helping manage a variety of large-scale trials including canola hybrids (InVigor Demonstration Strip Trials), seed treatment, fungicide and herbicide trials with Growers. This Involves activities such as seeding, spraying and harvest operations with the InVigor Demonstration Strip Trial program.
  • Conducting evaluations throughout the season including but not limited to: Plant vigor, plant count measurement in the InVigor Demonstration Strip Trials.
  • Conducting efficacy assessments with Seed Treatment, Herbicide and Fungicide trials.
  • Taking part in and help set up customer tours and presentations.
  • Being part of the operation of ATV and pull behind sprayer.
  • Being responsible for transportation of equipment from site to site.
  • Completing and presenting on a Demand Creation/Research project before peers and senior leaders within BASF.
  • Having professional and direct interaction with grower and retail stakeholders.
