Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented and organized.
  • Working expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Visio is preferred.
  • Ability to transition between changing priorities and requirements.
  • Seasoned skills in problem-solving and judgment.
  • Effective time management skills (prioritize and manage multiple projects) to meet the required deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and modify a wide range of graphics for technical product illustrations using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Microsoft Visio in alignment with the established structure.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various team members as necessary to understand the work request and the timeline for completing the job.
  • Create job aid, either video and/or online documentation on confluence (and/or PDF).
  • File management: Consolidate and move existing graphic illustrations to the target location.
  • Export source graphics to supported formats (.png, .svg, .jpg)
