Requirements

  • Must be currently be enrolled in High School OR a full-time Undergraduate, Graduate, or Doctorate Student
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance
  • These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Secret Clearance
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Network, or Business, or related field is preferred, not required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required
  • Looking for candidates who are self-starters, interested in IT, Engineering, Systems Engineering process, Computer Science, Electronics, Business Admin
  • Skill in using scientific rules and methods to solve problems
  • Knowledge of new and emerging information technology technologies
  • Ability to research current technology to understand capabilities of required system or network
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Responsibilities

  • Technical Writer:
  • Producing, proof-reading, editing, and formatting technical documentation to include design specifications, manuals, on-line help, procedures, plans, and proposals.
  • Edit and format information for consumption through various media channels to include printed materials, scripted voice content, email, websites, and other electronic access points.
  • Gather information, interviews subject matter experts, and conducts other research to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner.
