Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with account managers to do a good job in daily merchant maintenance, analyze the growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
  • Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts, be familiar with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimization of the overall process.
  • Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.
