  • 1. Working with GBS and cross functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of Agency and Client deals, supporting the sales team from ideation to execution.
  • 2. Help compile industry intelligence on various topics related to client incentives.
  • 3. Work with cross functional teams to drive process improvements and closer alignment between different areas of the organization.
  • 4. Support the sales teams to execute deal consolidations and payouts.
  • 5. Collaborate with the larger MSO team (regional and HQ) to improve processes related to deal execution.
  • 6. Support Trading teams with systemization of incoming commercial agreements.
  • 7. Conduct interviews with different stakeholders to gather intelligence on various topics.
  • 8. Drive market research on Agency related topics.
