Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (or Master's) program in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship or coursework related to HR, compensation, or benefits is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in Total Rewards and employee well-being initiatives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing administrative tasks and communication related to MLSE’s Total Rewards program, including benefits, pension, compensation and wellness.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing employee well-being offerings.
Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and enhancements to existing benefits programs.
Support data collection and analysis for various Total Rewards projects.
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives within the Total Rewards function.
