Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (or Master's) program in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to HR, compensation, or benefits is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in Total Rewards and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks and communication related to MLSE’s Total Rewards program, including benefits, pension, compensation and wellness.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing employee well-being offerings.
  • Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and enhancements to existing benefits programs.
  • Support data collection and analysis for various Total Rewards projects.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives within the Total Rewards function.
