Requirements

  • Current student with a strong academic record, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of communication materials for employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with special projects, including benefits audits, surveys, and enrolment support.
  • Learn about the latest trends and best practices in Total Rewards management.
