Responsibilities

  • Trade Execution Support: Prepare trade tickets, assist in trade entry, validation, and execution across various asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pre- & Post-Trade Compliance: Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure trades align with investment policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Trade Settlement & Reconciliation: Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless settlement of trades and resolve discrepancies. Support the funding process for new and ongoing investments in the portfolio by reviewing funding memos, preparing trade tickets, and ensuring funding requests are executed accurately.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Support portfolio managers by preparing and updating daily trade blotters, monitoring cash flows, and reconciling positions across investment accounts. Monitor notices from administrative agents to facilitate timely fund transfers and assist credit analysts with portfolio monitoring tasks, including coordinating with rating agencies, investment partners, and trustees. Maintain and update the loan database while ensuring compliance with investment guidelines.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between traders, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth workflow and trade execution.
  • System & Process Management: Work with internal investment systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Aladdin, or other platforms) to input and verify trades, maintain data integrity, and improve efficiency.
