Responsibilities

  • You will assist in all stages of project design (e.g., conceptual and advanced system design, observing regulatory codes, technology employed, customer requirements, balance of systems, site visits, permitting, and technical support during construction phase of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)) and provide recommendations for continuous improvements in project designs, plans, processes and product development.
  • You will develop an understanding of battery and BESS market trends in technology, capital and operating costs, major suppliers, market applications, and regional developments.
  • You will review and develop requirements for solar and battery storage interconnection to utility distribution systems or Industrial applications.
  • You will assist in the development of energy production models, project schedules, specifications, bill of materials, scopes of work, standards, and quotes from suppliers.
  • You will coordinate with internal and external designers and consultants in creating, delivering and maintaining drawing packages and project documentation.
  • You will work collaboratively not only with team members, but also other operations team members of the project execution and process development including project procurement, construction management, and project controls.
