Responsibilities

  • You will be guided over an initial 12-month period from our Leicester office in the Enderby area by a dedicated learning and development, training team working with a Conveyancing Manager, Deputy Conveyancing Manager and experienced colleagues already within the business.
  • You will learn about the full legal process of buying and selling residential property (houses, flats, apartments…).
  • We will teach you about the necessary laws, documents and forms that are crucial in the legal process, contracts, and all other aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
  • You will understand that communication is key; with customers and clients but also with colleagues internally, and externally to make sure that the process is a smooth and efficient journey.
  • We will support your learning throughout your time with us and offer you the opportunity to gain a recognised industry qualification via further learning after your initial 12 months!
