How long is the Trainee program?
The Trainee program lasts for 18 months.
How many stations will I go through during the program?
You will experience up to 5 stations in both domestic and international locations, primarily in the UK and the Netherlands.
What areas will I gain insights into during the Trainee program?
You will gain insights in areas such as Strategy, Business Development, Asset Management, Engineering & Outage, Technical Innovation, and Sustainability Management, among others.
What type of educational background do I need to apply?
You need to have completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen).
Is prior work experience required for the Trainee program?
Yes, relevant internships or initial work experience are required.
What language skills are necessary for this position?
Very good German and English skills are required; knowledge of additional languages, such as Dutch, is a plus.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You will receive individual onboarding through a "Buddy Program," personal mentoring, regular feedback, and ongoing development support.
Will there be opportunities for networking during the program?
Yes, there will be workshops, knowledge sessions with experts, and various networking events, such as team events or RWE Graduates Network gatherings.
