Requirements

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Science, Business, Economics, or related fields
  • Complementary experience in both science and business is an advantage, but a formal dual degree is not required
  • First practical experience via internships in strategy-related fields in industry or consulting
  • Very good academic performance

  • Hands on mindset to deliver high quality deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Your Role:
  • Throughout this program, the focus will be on our Global Strategy and Business Development organization.
  • To provide the most comprehensive insights possible, you will get to know the multiple aspects of Strategy (e.g., Strategy Development, Strategy Realization and Business Development) as well as potentially Marketing and Commercial (e.g., Market Intelligence, Market Access and Pricing, Product/Brand Management, Global Franchise Marketing).
  • The assignments will prepare you for a future career in the broader Strategy & Business Development organization within our Healthcare Business.
  • Your individual rotation plan will consist of three rotations.
  • Your first assignment will be at our home base in Darmstadt, Germany; your second assignment will be international at one of our subsidiaries, and the third assignment will be back at the home base, in Germany.
  • These assignments spanning global and local affiliate will broaden your experience and deepen your perspective on the different functions and business areas in our Healthcare Business.
