Responsibilities

  • Supporting the High End Stock Management in the Northern Europe Market
  • Managing High End Transfers based on individual demands from own market and international regions
  • Ensuring an efficient omnichannel collaboration between the retail and wholesale team
  • Processing retail & wholesale requests
  • Provide support to High End Team for Events, such as Local Stock Concentrations, Regional High Jewellery Events, Global High Jewellery Events & Client Treatments
  • Supporting with Sales Documents
  • Support of the High Jewellery team in close cooperation with the commercial team, Boutique teams, High End Academy and the High Jewellery Sales Experts
  • Independent coordination of national & international HJ enquiries with the help of the HJ tool ‘Plaza’
  • Creation of sales-supporting tools (e.g. data sheets, price lists, product descriptions) with the help of SAP and Plaza
  • Support and collaboration in High Jewellery projects (e.g. development and implementation of action plans, community meetings, customer events)
  • Supporting the High Jewellery Coordinator in tasks related to project management activities with a focus on high-end community and training (local HE community: monthly newsletter, organisation of annual meeting and training: Plaza tool training and product training for entire BTQ teams)
  • Independent execution and coordination of product allocation and the associated logistics processes
  • Creation of visually highly appealing presentations and preparation of meetings
  • General operational and administrative activities (including travel bookings, travel plans for customers, iPad, gifts)
