 We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Paralegal/Case Handler to join our Motor Insurance Claimant Personal Injury team in Bristol.
 
 Working Hours:
 The successful candidate will work 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. A combination of office and home working will be required.
 
 Duties/Responsibilities:
 <ul>
 <li>Managing cases and/or task based work with full supervision - specifically personal injury cases;</li>
 <li>Pursuing claims through pre- and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system;</li>
 <li>Complying with agreed service standards;</li>
 <li>Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors;</li>
 <li>Dealing with administration as required.</li>
