Description
- An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working graduate to gain experience with our Transformation Team for six months.
- We are looking for a recent graduate to support the Transformation Team with the delivery of digital and quality improvement processes to enable service developments across the organisation that will benefit patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Conducting research to identify innovative technology and approaches that will support service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Raising awareness of digital and quality improvement across Locala by supporting the coordination and facilitation of Rapid Process Improvement Events.
- Supporting services to drive forward digital and quality improvement projects, and develop more efficient and effective ways of working.
Requirements
- Please note, you must be a 2022/2023 university graduate and live in one of the areas that we provide services in: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Stockport or Tameside in order to apply.
