  • Hatch is seeking a Data Analytics Student for an internship with an interest in Transit. Reporting to the Transit, Data Analytics group you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga office location.
  • Hatch is excited to post an opportunity for an internship for its TrainOps development team. The software product TrainOps is a world-class Operations and Load Flow Rail Simulation package that has many years and clients on its resume; the opportunity to work on the product with its small team of experts is a great opportunity for the intern's growth and resume. The workflow of being integrated into a controlled and proven development process will aid the intern in understanding what fundamental practices lead to iterating software in the direction of continual improvement. 


  • As the successful candidate, you will:
  • Be responsible for working on a small software development team size of 5 individuals.
  • The work products developed will be curated through stakeholder/user needs, requirements development, code reviews, and regression testing feedback.
  • You bring to the role:
  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science degree at recognized University.
  • C++ programming language proficiency and expertise is a requirement.
  • Basic competence with Microsoft suite products is assumed (Office, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Microsoft MFC knowledge is a strength for the candidacy for this opportunity.
