Responsibilities

  • Provide communication support for various aspects of Travel Agency Sales, including supporting the EarMarked Program and Business Development Managers
  • Ability to effectively partner with various team members within the Disney Destinations Organization to provide accurate and timely responses to Business Development Managers and key Travel Agencies
  • Use product and process knowledge to successfully solve guest services issues
  • Provide project management oversight and/or support for development of sales tactics
  • Assist with development of presentations and other projects, as needed
  • Potential opportunity to assist with On-Site Agent Education Programs and Training Events
