Requirements

  • Currently an undergraduate in their 2nd year of studies on track for a minimum 2:1 and can commit to full time employment for a year from June 2025 to July 2026.
  • Ideally studying a relevant subject, such as maths, accountancy, economics, etc…
  • Be highly numerate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Are team players, with good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have a keen interest in learning more about the Treasury function of a bank.
  • Preferably have experience using tools such as Excel, VBA, SAS, R or SQL.
  • Will live and breathe our TSB values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

  • Working in a team responsible for the very core of the bank, you will have exposure to other areas such as Finance, Hedge Accounting, Oversight and many other aspects of day-to-day Treasury life.
