What qualifications are required for this position?
We are looking for candidates who are currently undergraduate students in their 2nd year of studies, on track for a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in relevant subjects such as maths, accountancy, or economics.
What skills are preferred for candidates?
Candidates should be highly numerate, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have excellent organizational skills, communicate well both written and verbally, and have experience using tools like Excel, VBA, SAS, R, or SQL.
Will there be mentoring during the placement?
Yes, the program includes one-to-one mentoring with experienced analysts.
Are there any assessment events for applicants?
Yes, assessment events for the Industrial Placement scheme will be held on 26th or 27th November 2024.
Is prior experience in Treasury required?
No prior experience in Treasury is required, but a keen interest in learning more about the Treasury function is essential.
