Responsibilities

  • Assisting with organizing the Master Tracker, Talent Tracker, Production Report, and tracking internal and external ideas in all phases of development
  • Working on the Competitive Intel email
  • Edit casting tapes
  • Assisting with Senior Screening Room
  • Be placed on a development project to observe the full process
  • Helping APs and Production Executives with creative needs and keeping production schedules/shoot dates, etc. updated on documents and in Deal
  • Assisting with our Development 1 meeting/show tape
  • Note taker in Weekly Brainstorm meeting
  • Joining in on pitch meetings
  • Collect show information for internal departments
  • Attending 1:1 meetings with other departments
  • Annual Intern Project: Intern will research and present their own pitch. (pitch can then be used as a work example in future interviews)
  • Learn how to build pitch decks, write log lines and show descriptions
