Requirements

  • Currently be studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year or graduating in Summer 2024
  • Looking for work experience immediately after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 1st July 2024- Friday 18th July 2025

Responsibilities

  • We have 2 exciting opportunities within our programming department. One sitting within our NBCUniversal EMEA team and one working within DreamWorks.
  • As a Programme Planning Intern, you will assist in the planning of programmes on various television channels in several territories. This will involve learning and using bespoke data entry systems, as well as learning about the data analysis of ratings, tracking the channels performance, analyzing competitor channels, as well as screening content.
  • You will have exposure to a broad range of tasks that all go into the operation of a TV channel, which will enhance your strategic thinking in an ever-changing TV landscape.
  • You will also have the opportunity to learn about the broader industry and employment therein, as well as join various special interest groups within the organization.
