Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course and seeking new career experiences.
  • You have experience with data manipulation and are able to analyse large data sets providing data-based insights and recommendations.
  • Interest in commercial environments (brands and manufacturers), with a data twist.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office Skills.
  • A team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal (proficiency in English).
  • A can-do attitude paired with strong organisation abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the UK&I A&I lead on reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Ownership of consumer sales data ingestion and quality in an efficient way.
  • Reporting of Key performance indicators (KPIs): internal business KPIs and Toy Market.
  • Weekly analysis of business performance to make recommendations to the UK&I business units (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
  • Collaboration across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations), answering their business questions and providing insights for growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Western Europe A&I team to understand and apply best practises for practises related to data ingestion.
