Requirements

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, engineers, developers, and product teams
  • Experience in applied product research and design thinking techniques is an asset. An empathetic, human-centric approach to research is a must.
  • Strong ability to communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
  • Experience moderating qualitative research.
  • It would be nice if you also had:
  • User experience tools & skills such as Figma, and design thinking skills.
  • A portfolio of work you’ve done that demonstrates the research methods that you learned about user needs while conducting the research.
  • Education Recommendations:
  • Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Human psychology, anthropology, or sociology. or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
