Responsibilities

  • Vous rejoignez l’équipe exécution du département Corporate Debt Platform CDP. Cette équipe est responsable de l'origination, de la structuration et de l'exécution d'une variété de financements corporate comprenant prêts syndiqués, financements d'acquisitions et émissions obligataires pour un large éventail de client toute notation confondue (Investment Grade et Non-Investment Grade).
  • Vous procédez à l’analyse financière et sectorielle.
  • Vous élaborez des propositions client en coopération avec différentes équipes (Coverage, M&A, ECM, DCM & Loan Syndication).
  • Vous élaborez et analysez des modèles de financement & de rating.
  • Enfin, vous exécutez des mandats de financement ("Term Loan" et "High Yield"), préparez des notes de crédit et de marché et gérez les processus internes lors de l'exécution des mandats.
