Responsibilities

  • Assist the Wealth Management Marketing and Operations teams
  • Attend Advisor one-on-one meetings and various trainings
  • Assist the transitions team in compiling transition packets for Advisors Excel
  • Shadow all sides of wealth management including sales, operations, and back office
  • Participate in on-the-job training with department managers
  • Assist with preparations for client meetings
  • Assist with gathering and organizing data for projects as assigned
