Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (all majors welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for Web Design and technology (a plus!).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user-reported technical issues (hardware and software).
  • Learn and gain experience with IT support tools and procedures.
  • Assist in design sessions with product managers, developers and others
  • Design workflows and prototypes based on business requirements and user research
  • Participate in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software (under supervision).
  • Conduct research and assist with the implementation of new technologies.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating IT documentation.
  • Observe and learn IT and Web Design best practices from experienced professionals.
